Michael leverages 25 years of experience in both conventional and alternative financing mechanisms including traditional debt and equity, state funding, and other sources of capital. He is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator, including leading the Workforce Housing sessions at the annual Housing Colorado conference since 2022.
